Vacationstogo.com is a good site and it is real. Just be sure you know exactly what you want before booking as changing your mind is not always easy. One tip is to go to a travel agent and ask lots of questions, get some quotes, then use vacationstogo.

You can compare all cruises from different cruise lines on one page. Very good site, easy to navigate.
They also have a toll free number, which is 1800-338-4962.
I have booked several cruise with them and been very happy with the deals.

Also, if an agency looks iffy, ask for their CLIA id. (Cruise Line International Assoc.) Every certified cruise travel agent is assigned a unique CLIA number, and these IDs can be verified at http://www.cruising.org
